Research and patient care activities have outgrown the original Cancer Center facility which opened in 1990.
A 60,000-square foot expansion project will double the Cancer Center's patient care areas. The result will be a more spacious facility, with additional exam rooms, more comfortable waiting areas, easier access to hospital services, a patient library, and more efficient patient registration.
Construction completion is expected in 2008.
