Radiology Department
The Radiology Department offers the latest imaging technologies and a wide array of advanced procedures that facilitate accurate and timely diagnosis and treatment. The department staff includes specialists in diagnostic radiology, interventional radiology, CT, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, radiation therapy, high-risk OB, and breast care.
State-of-the-art technology includes PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System), RIS (Radiology Information System), and CR (Computed Radiography); a new biplane interventional suite; a Gamma Knife; Sequoia ultrasound units; three-dimensional reconstruction as well as advanced c-arm technology in the Operating Room.
Advanced programs/procedures include a Stroke Program; Level 1 Trauma Center status; advanced Neuroradiology procedures; CT angiography and perfusion; pediatric imaging specialty; and red and white blood cell imaging.
The department serves all units of the hospital and its affiliated outpatient departments and clinics, offering employees a wide variety of professional experiences.
