The Friends Gift Shop will be adding a new addition to its exclusive line of West Virginia University collector’s items. A stein decorated in WVU images will be available for purchase in late May.The Friends Gift Shop will be adding a new addition to its exclusive line of West Virginia University collector’s items. A stein decorated in WVU images will be available for purchase in late May.
The stein is a ceramic mug with a pewter lid, packaged in a white gift box. It is manufactured in Germany by R.F.S.J., Inc.
Images on the stein include the Mountaineer, Woodburn Hall, the WVU Coliseum and Milan Puskar Stadium.
Only 250 steins have been ordered for the first release. The Friends Gift Shop is currently taking pre-orders for the collector's item.
Each stein will be numbered on the bottom. The bottom will also include the following, "Designed exclusively for the Friends of WVU Hospitals Morgantown, West Virginia."
The stein arrives in May and will retail for $92.99.
