The Physician Office Center (POC) is operated by University Health Associates. The POC houses the largest multi-specialty group practice in West Virginia with access to a medical staff of more than 200 West Virginia University-based physicians in over 60 different primary and specialty care groups.
Physicians are grouped by:
MRI, laboratory, electrocardiogram, ultrasound, and radiology procedures can be performed in the POC. A special Diagnostic Center on the fourth level also serves patients who require minor diagnostic procedures.
Opthalmology, neurology, and neurosurgery are located in the WVU Eye Institute next door to the POC.
