At WVU Cheat Lake Physicians, we provide patients a forum in which they can develop ongoing, personalized relationships with their physicians and other health professionals.
Whether it’s a sick or well visit, our family physicians, pediatricians, and obstetricians and gynecologists provide a full range of primary care for patients of all ages.
Convenient hours and on-site X-ray, bone density screening, mammography, ultrasound, and lab services combine to make patient visits as time-friendly and hassle-free as possible.
But our work doesn’t stop there.
In order to better serve our patients, we are in the process of constructing a $3 million expansion, which will provide an additional 20 exam rooms and a procedural room to our 16,000-square-foot facility.
The new section – a 13,000-square-foot addition – will house obstetrics and gynecology services on the main floor. The ground floor will house health information management and a staff lounge, as well as space for future services.
This wing, which will allow our physicians to see more patients, will be completed in spring 2009.
The addition will allow the expansion of family medicine and pediatric services in the existing facility, which currently houses 29 exam rooms and three procedural rooms. Space will also be available for other services.
Located less than a minute from Interstate 68 at exit 7 (Pierpont Road), we’re close to Morgantown and accessible from the Cheat Lake area, southwestern Pennsylvania, and Preston County.
We’re open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Fridays. In addition, we have pediatric appointments available 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays.
