Space – especially classroom space – is at a premium throughout the HSC. If you are organizing an event or need space for a meeting or activity, please plan ahead and put in your request as early as possible at https://rendezvous.hsc.wvu.edu/rdz/eui.

Regularly scheduled classes have first priority when there are conflicting requests for space. The HSC Space Planning Committee has recently released an updated Central Room Scheduling Guide. The guide includes central room scheduling policy, an explanation of how scheduling priorities are set, a list of available classrooms, conference rooms, and auditoriums, and the scheduling and food and beverage restrictions in certain areas. Consult the guide before requesting a room for your event.
