Robert W. Keefover, MD
Robert W. Keefover, M.D., is the clinical director and a practicing staff psychiatrist at the William R. Sharpe Hospital in Weston and an associate professor in the Department of Behavioral Medicine and Psychiatry at WVU. In addition, he is a consulting neuropsychiatrist at Hopemont Hospital in Terra Alta and Grafton City Hospital in Grafton.
Dr. Keefover received his degree from the Marshall University School of Medicine. He completed a general medical internship and psychiatry residency at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and his advanced training at West Virginia University Hospitals.
He has a background in radio broadcasting and has been a guest host for the Doctors On Call program since 1995.
Kathy Moffett, MD
Dr. Moffett, MD, is a member of the pediatrics faculty who specializes in pediatric infectious diseases. She received her degree from Pennsylvania State University. Dr. Moffett completed specialty training at Children's Hospital Medical Center of Akron, Emory University, and the International Center for Diarrheal Diseases Research in Bangladesh. She is board certified in pediatrics and pediatric infectious diseases. Her area of special interest is cystic.
John Phillips, MD
John Phillips, MD, FACC, received his medical degree from Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine. He completed his advanced training in pediatric cardiology and electrophysiology at Columbus Children’s Hospital and Cook Children’s Hospital in Texas. He specializes in general pediatric cardiology, invasive electrophysiology, and diagnostic cardiac catheterization. Dr. Phillips’ special interests include catheter ablation of arrhythmias, pacemaker and defibrillator placement and care, and prevention of sudden cardiac death in youth. He is the medical director of the school-based Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) for Monongalia County and staffs the outreach clinic in Wheeling.
William D. Ramsey, MD
Dr. Ramsey is the director of the West Virginia Office of Emergency Medical Services. Ramsey received his degree from West Virginia University. He did his specialty training at Akron General Medical Center. He is board certified in emergency medicine, and his areas of special interest include educational video production, distance learning, EMS and vertical and wilderness rescue.
Rolly Sullivan, MD
Dr. Sullivan is the Medical Director of Addiction Programs at Chestnut Ridge Center. He received his degree and did his specialty training at West Virginia University. Dr. Sullivan is board certified in medicine, addictionology and psychiatry. His areas of special interest are drug and alcohol dependence, smoking cessation and pain management.
