The Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Program has contractual agreements with lead agencies in WV's health management regions to provide a Cancer Information Specialist (CIS). The CIS is responsible for facilitating public education and outreach activities and for providing technical assistance to the BCCSP providers in his/her specific health management region.
