The Pediatric Neurosurgery Program at West Virginia University Children's Hospital provides state-of-the-art care for infants, children and adolescents with problems of the brain and spine.

Pediatric Neurosurgery
Dr. John J. Collins is a board certified neurosurgeon with subspecialty fellowship training in pediatric neurosurgery. He earned his bachelor's degree at Duke University and his medical degree at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland. He completed his neurosurgical residency at the National Naval Medical Center, followed by a neurosurgical fellowship at Allegheny General Hospital. He received advanced training in pediatric neurosurgery at the University of Utah's Primary Children's Medical Center.
