Our goal is to alleviate pain, restore function and re-establish normalcy in the patient's life. Spine Center physicians have ready access to WVU specialists in other disciplines who can assist with diagnosis and treatment as needed.
The Spine Center staff has access to state-of-the-art medical imaging technology, including specialized X-ray equipment that is used to guide spinal injections.
We work cooperatively with the patient's personal physician, physical therapist and other providers to ensure convenience and effectiveness of care.
The Spine Center is operated jointly by West Virginia University Hospitals and the WVU departments of Orthopaedics and Neurosurgery.
