The Stroke Clinic is located in the Physician Office Center (POC) on level 1. Use the Eye Institute entrance, then take the elevators to the third floor. Turn left and got to the registration desk to sign in.

Preventive and rehabilitative services are provided in the Neurology Clinic in the Physician Office Center for patients who are at risk for stroke or who have had a stroke.
